Magtech is voluntarily recalling one (1) lot of 9mm Luger 124gr FMJ centerfire ammunition.

  • Lot Number: CE0120 / L-8609

WARNING: Magtech has determined that the above lot of 9mm Luger 124gr FMJ ammunition may contain a limited number of cartridges without a powder charge.

A cartridge without a powder charge may result in a projectile becoming lodged in the barrel. Firing another cartridge with an obstructed barrel may affect the proper functioning of the firearm and may cause firearm damage.

DO NOT USE Magtech® 9mm Luger 124gr FMJ, Symbol 9B, with Lot Number CE0120 / L-8609.

The ammunition Symbol and Lot Number are printed on the ammunition packaging. To determine whether your ammunition is subject to this notice, please check the Symbol and Lot Number indicated on the box:

If the Symbol is 9B and the Lot Number is CE0120 / L-8609, immediately discontinue use of the ammunition and contact the place of purchase or the Magtech / CBC representative in your market for further instructions regarding return and replacement.

This notice applies only to Magtech® 9mm Luger 124gr FMJ, Symbol 9B, Lot Number CE0120 / L-8609. Other Symbols or Lot Numbers are not subject to this recall.
